Your contract is with Ajwa Tours Ltd. Below are details of your obligations under these booking conditions. Please read carefully. When you make the booking and we accept it, it becomes a legally binding contract.

1. Payment of Deposit
When we receive your completed Booking Form accompanied by a deposit for your chosen package, we will send you or your travel agent our Confirmation Invoice. There will be no contract between us until the Confirmation Invoice has been sent, and it acts as our acceptance of the booking in accordance with these booking terms and conditions, which are subject to English law and jurisdiction. Any money paid by the customer to an agent under or in contemplation of the contract is held by the agent as an agent for Ajwa Tours Ltd.

2. If We Change Your Booking
Your travel arrangements are planned well in advance, but on rare occasions, modifications may be necessary. We reserve the right to make such changes at any time. Most changes will be minor, but if substantial changes are required, we will notify you or your travel agent as soon as possible before your departure.

3. Our Responsibility
Ajwa Tours Ltd ensures that all suppliers provided meet an acceptable standard. However, we do not accept responsibility for proven negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors acting within the scope of their employment.
We will not accept liability for visa rejections by the Saudi authorities or any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as industrial action or adverse weather conditions.

4. Delays
Ajwa Tours Ltd does not accept liability for flight delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather, airline rescheduling, airport authority actions, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover potential losses due to delays. Walking distances provided are approximate; please verify using online maps before booking.

5. Behaviour
You must not behave in a way that causes distress, injury, or annoyance to others, or risk damage to property. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in eviction from your accommodation, with no liability or refunds provided by Ajwa Tours Ltd.

6. Brochure & Website Information
We strive for accuracy in our brochures and website, but some details may change due to circumstances beyond our control. For example, room layouts, facilities, or planned activities may differ during peak periods. Amenities such as air conditioning and water supply may be limited due to local conservation efforts or maintenance.
All services are subject to local regulations, standards, and codes of practice, which may differ from those in the UK.

7. If You Cancel Your Booking
Cancellations must be made in writing either to the travel agent or directly to Ajwa Tours Ltd. Refunds are not provided for cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.

8. If You Have a Problem
If you encounter an issue during your trip, report it immediately to your representative to allow us to address it promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, complete a Client Comment Form and submit it with a letter to our Passenger Relations Department within 14 days of your trip’s completion. Complaints received after this period will not be considered.
